“I cannot say enough good things about Hornbeck Kangaroof. When I first called I spoke with Helaina. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She always answers the phone on the first ring and kept me informed constantly when people were headed out and what would take place. I knew immediately this company was very efficient in running the business.<br>Madyson had sent me some pics of other houses with our shingles so I could see what they look like on a identical color brick house. We had originally selected a different color shingle but changed for the better last minute. Thanks to her she saved us a possible huge mistake!<br>Andrew was the first person I delt with and he always calls prior to coming out to the house. When I first met him he did a thorough inspection of the roof and took pics of everything. He is one of the nicest most professional, honest and hardworking guys you will ever meet! I feel like I’ve known him for years and he explained the products they use and the process that would take place. He is non pressuring and felt he truly cares about people and the job that he does. I felt so comfortable that I chose go with his company and signed that day.<br>A couple days later Jeff and Darren came out to pull a shingle from my detached building to match the new shingles to the house. He found that the shingles (even though only 8 yrs old) were a cheap brand so decided to do the entire house and building at the same time. These guys were great. Had it not been for them that day I would have left the shingles only to have needed replace a coupe years later costing more money.<br>Jeff is just like Andrew and all the positive things I’ve said. He worked so hard and was there the entire time the crew was here inspecting, taking pictures constantly and monitoring everything. He installed two roof bathroom fan vents and did an amazing job. He even stayed after hours to triple check everything and made sure the site was clean. I never felt rushed with him and you can tell he and Andrew care about their customers and are devoted to their jobs. These two guys really are the best and challenge anyone to find a better group of people!!<br>The entire work crew did an absolute fantastic job! I have never seen a harder working crew in my life. I have an enormous amount of respect for the job they did and my hats off to all you guys!!<br>Kangaroof screams efficiency, professionalism and class!!!! They don’t just hire anyone and only the best. My wife and I are really meticulous with our house and would not want anyone but the best to work on it! “Had put a new cement walkway in the front of my house after the first winter it got a large crack all the way across it. I called to show it to him and he said he would fix it but never came back. So be aware if there is a problem with the his work he does not fix it....... Ok now l can say l respect mike more he did fix an issue l had with cement work he did it looks much better so he does stand behind his work. It just took awhile THANKS MIKE!“
