Oh my goodness. Matt is AMAZING!!!! My mom's bedroom was extremely cold and I wanted to get her windows fixed before the winter. Matt came in and diagnosed it as a simple repair that he fixed himself on the spot! We offered to compensate but he said that they are a local business and he is happy to help his neighbors. The other companies quote thousands for windows. This company really cares about the people who live here. Hire them IMMEDIATELY. You won't regret it. And thanks again Matt. You are a lifesaver and we appreciate you!!!!

Second time I have used Specialty Window and doors and so happy with the service from Matt walking in as the sales person and Tim and Rich C installing them. All professional and courteous. Would recommend to anyone.

We had Specialty Window & Door first replace a bathroom window as part of a larger DIY remodel, and they were very efficient and flexible with what we needed for that. Went so well that we had them back to do our back door/storm door, mudroom window, and kitchen window. All of these were different shapes, sizes, and styles and each one looks great! Installers did a fantastic job and finished off the work expertly. Reasonable prices and a great sales team that made the process very easy. Don’t just trust a big box hardware store for your installs! We did that with our front door and the difference between that and what Specialty has done is undeniable.
