I am qualified to say it's been the opposite with SB Builders. Shane (the owner) was willing to work with the contract I created which placed responsibilities on both of us. This small cohesive team was very concerned about the quality of their craftsmanship, that's something you don't see very often these days. I am an uncompensated customer with no relationship with the builder. It's extremely rare that I give out five stars for anything.“
