Tracey has completely changed my view of yoga. She’s the most capable and knowledgable teacher I’ve met. Her outlook is inspiring. It’s impossible to leave an interaction with her without feeling uplifted.
I've been coming to this studio for years and it never disappoints. The instructors are first rate - helpful with poses, adapting classes to the mood, and always offering options allowing students to adapt classes to their needs. Lynn has created such a welcoming space - it's a pleasure coming here.
Just had a wonderful class with Melanie Miers. The flow of movements was comfortable, her attitude and enthusiasm was super motivational, and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much!
