I am vary qualified to talk about construction contractors. My search for a contractor is pretty rigorous. I've had numerous bad experiences. I am qualified to say it's been the opposite with SB Builders. Shane (the owner) was willing to work with the contract I created which placed responsibilities on both of us. This small cohesive team was very concerned about the quality of their craftsmanship, that's something you don't see very often these days. I am an uncompensated customer with no relationship with the builder. It's extremely rare that I give out five stars for anything.

I would recommend SB Builders to anyone looking to have a deck built. In searching for a contractor for my parents, I was struggling to find the right contractor. I had two other contractors out to my parents house, but their sales pitch and estimate were poor because they were trying to sell my parents inferior material for a high price. Then i found SB Builders. Shane was very knowledgeable, did a great job answering all my questions, and gave us a wide spectrum of options for decking. The crew at SB Builders did a fantastic job. They got on site and completed the job on time and the work was just what my daughter and family wanted. I will have SB Builders do all of my work and anyone needing work I would recommend they for decks, and other work you may need done. Great people.
