Good luck with this place. Haven’t been able to get in to see my primary in years. It’s always the same headache. Trying to get someone to help you in front office or nurses line is a nightmare.Today called Kennett location where they tell me my primary is physically at but they can’t make appointment or tell me his availability and I’m told I need to call Jennersville for that. Tried and transferred between two people where they eventually dumped me into a voicemail. Isn’t the point of being in a large network like Christiana Care to end this type of nonsense? Anyone responsible for looking at the terrible reviews and doing something about it?Save yourself...read full review

I have not had any issues. When I called and left a message for the nurse she called me back. Gave me options that my Dr suggested. They were able to see me that day. I have not had a bad experience with this office and love my physician, nurses and all the receptionists. Thank you for your awesome service and you do for patients every day!!!!!!

Calls are now directed to a call center. It used to go to a person working in the office. After I told the person I have a congestion, she immediately concluded I have COVID 19 and cannot be seen in the office and can only been seen via the app. If I’m going to be seen via the app, I might as well use Teladoc. No call center, direct to the doctor at $5 copay. These call center think they’re doctors diagnosing patients with their checklist thinking only healthy patients see the doctor. Terrible.
