Took my 18 month old Lanseer Newf (Bubba) in looking like a complete rag doll, when Caroline was finished he looked like a show dog exceeding my expectations. I will be returning on a monthly basis.

My older dog admittedly hasn’t gone for professional grooming much, and our last attempt elsewhere wasn’t good— so I was so happy that she was able to trim his nails quickly and he stayed calm. I definitely think animals can sense good people and trust them more!

I was really worried about leaving my 5.5 month old puppy with her for a bath and nail trim, as he is a really anxious and hard to handle drama queen. I thought for sure that she would have to muzzle him, but nope, she didn't. He came out looking and smelling great! I highly recommend Carolyn. She's so confident and professional...and she actually answers the phone when called. Just a great experience!
