I am beyond thrilled with Air Control! Had my heater break within 24 hour I had a new one. For me the ease of communication is most important. I was able to get Josh or John on the phone anytime, including late at night. So happy I would recommend them to anyone!!!! Also extremely fair pricing and transparency. Thanks again!
I called to have my air conditioner serviced before the heat wave. I was able to get a same day appointment. John was courteous, prompt and willing to answer questions. He didn't rush through the service call. Very reasonable rates. I am very pleased and would highly recommend.
Josh was amazing as always. I called him Saturday night at 9:30pm. My AC unit was leaking water in the basement. He called me right back and asked if he could stop by at 8am. 8am on Sunday, Father’s Day! He assessed the situation and quickly determined I had a clog. He cleared it out, tested the system. Good to go! I asked how much i owed him and he said “happy Father’s day!” No charge. What???? It’s Sunday morning and no charge? Amazing, there are still great people out there! I wont go to anyone else for my Heating and HVAC needs and neither should you!
