Had my first brokerage account with this branch. Transferred to Fidelity when I learned more about investing and realized that they are not fiduciaries. Asked an advisor here to buy me shares in the S&P 500 (LOL). He bought one with a 2% expense ratio that obviously gave him a nice commission. What you have to understand about archaic businesses like this is that they make money as you buy and sell, and even by just holding. They have no interest in you growing your wealth- only siphoning off of your wealth. Your 8% return, when you factor in these guys, is 6%. I've worked with this bank for many years. My CFA, William Zeuner, is the best advisor I have every worked with. Knowledgeable, insightful, and proactive are just a few of the words I'd use to describe. The staff is pleasant and helpful as well. You can't go wrong with this group. Period.
