I have a victorian twin with a newer kitchen addition that has come with its own special set of challenges. After an extensive search for someone that could handle leaks in both slate and rubber along with the challenges that come with historic home I settled on Dunleavy and have not looked back. They are professional to work with and hassle free.

Our 150 year old house had a downspout fall during a recent wind storm. Being new to the neighborhood, I called a local contractor who's office I walk by with my dog every day. Mr. Dunleavy answered the phone at 7:30 am and knocked on my front door before noon to assess the job. He returned with the new downspout, installed/attached it to our gutter, and it looks great! He also took away the old downspout that had split. Thank you very much, Mr. Dunleavy; It was a pleasure talking with you. Today I made a new friend in West Chester.
