Technician Nate was punctual, polite and professional. He took extra time to 'tweak' system settings for optimal performance and, importantly, when he was unable to adjust one to factory specs he called in extra help.
I was in a plumbing bind caused by my hiring a less than stellar contracting company. Tim Off bailed me out, fixing and finishing all of the things the other company botched, as well as coming further than the radius they normally service. I also use them to service a heating/AC unit in my rental house. They are always timely, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you for always providing quality work!
