I absolutely love this place! I recently stopped in with a large amount of dry cleaning & multiple comforters - I was greeted by the owners son who is extremely polite, attentive & gave me detailed information about the turn around time! The service was excellent! He also called me the next day to follow up & confirm the pick up date! I would highly recommend going here & I will be returning again soon!!!
I can’t say enough great things about The Wash Factory! This family-owned laundromat truly sets the bar for what customer service should be. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that you just don’t find at many places anymore. Kurt, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. My son and I had a particularly hectic day, and Kurt took the time to help us get settled, even offering some helpful tips to make the most of our visit.

The best laundromat in Chester County! The Wash Factiry is family-owned and responsive to any need. Always clean, coffee set up, small lounge and arcade for the kids, and great array of machines. Conveniently situated on West Chester Pike.
