Nikita was punctual, knowledgeable, and very honest. Unfortunately, my stove could not be repaired because the required part is no longer manufactured. He clearly explained the situation and answered all my questions with professionalism and transparency. I truly appreciated his honesty and would recommend his services.
The technician, Shyheim, was very polite, professional, and on time. He examined the range hood exhaust fan thoroughly, ultimately determining it would need to be replaced, as parts for it were no longer available. The replacement would luckily be covered by my Sears home appliances warranty. Top-notch service--great experience.
I thought the service was good. I do think it was expensive for what was done. The time frames given for when the tech was coming was really off. First time late and no contact. Second time message said later time but came during the regular window at 12 pm.
