“We started as guests to a birthday party here June 2024, and they offer every kid a free week to come check it out. My son fell in love. Not only do they teach self defense and how to protect themselves, they also teach how to get away from predators which unfortunately is needed in this world now a days. The gym is beyond clean; the owners are absolutely wonderful, and the kids that help with classes are so mature, knowledgeable and awesome (shout out to noah!) in just five months the transformation in my son has been absolutely positive experience, he wants to help around the house, he’s become more respectful, and we’re working on focus now. I just can’t thank Kirk’s enough. They welcomed us like family, and have continued to treat us like family and you can’t always find that in a gym! I recommend this gym to any kid especially adhd kids who need some help staying still and focusing their energy into something positive. This is the place where all are welcomed at whatever level they walked in the door at. ??“

He teaches them proper techniques as well as how to handle themselves outside the gym so they can be prepared for real-life situations.
