I have been with KnownHost since 2018. It's time for renewal and all support is offered for a $550+ plan. The sales/billing staff is awful. I'm looking for a new web host and advise potential customers to look elsewhere.

Be careful my server got hacked 2x and they won't admit to it, Fist time my web site stopped working. The second time they lost all my back up in my Plesk was totally emptied. and they will not admit to. They have a No Refund Policy.

KnownHost is a wonderful web hosting company. They have a large enough infrastructure to offer you the hosting services that you need a great prices. And they also seem to have a penchant for good customer service which really makes them stand out in their industry.

I am a long time customer of several years, both on the dedicated server side and with a VPS. They are responsive and helpful with their technical support. And, they are great with their billing support. Very fair indeed.

Stop looking for another host. Go with KnownHost.
