My only regret is that I did not find James Brown Plumbing Heating & AC sooner!
After experiencing a broken AC in the middle of the hottest time of the summer, we’re very happy with the response from James Brown. We scheduled a service call and quickly had a tech come to our home. The service tech, Tyler was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. He clearly and fully explained the status of our AC unit and the issues we were having, as well as provided a solution and options for moving forward. We truly appreciate the service provided and recommend James Brown for any AC/plumbing issues you may be experiencing.
I have worked with Brown Plumbing/HVAC for several needs in my house over the past few years from major HVAC install to faucet and toilet replacements- they are the best. Scott and his team communicate well, always timely, professional, clean and work above and beyond every time. I can’t recommend them enough.
