This entire team - Joe, Emma, Jessica and Josh and Sophia- at Ivy Westtown was so friendly and helpful! I came to them after I had my hip replaced and was struggling with recovery. My orthopedic surgeon hadn’t recommended physical therapy but I knew I needed more support for recovery. Joe, the clinic director, was recommended to me by my biking and running friends. I suffer from numerous chronic physical ailments..IvyRehab has provided exceptional patient care for me. They exemplify extreme professionalism, care and knowledge as well! All in a fantastic, family friendly atmosphere!
Joe graciously donated his time at a recent volleyball clinic that I attended and was wonderful in helping me get back to playing after I started cramping up and strained my hamstring. He was extremely knowledgeable in what treatment was needed to help me out and also let me know what I should be doing to prevent future relapses. Lastly. even though Joe knew that I lived too far away to use his clinic, he was more than happy to help me and was so nice and pleasant to talk with while I was getting treatment.
