I highly recommend getting a massage from Chris! I visited her for a lymphatic drainage massage and she worked on some of my high tension areas as well. After the massage I felt great, and quickly noticed that much of my chronic discomfort was alleviated, and experienced an increase in range of motion when I worked out afterwards. She was a very knowledgeable professional and helped me better understand my body, and what was contributing to the discomfort I was experiencing. I look forward to visiting her again!
