Today is Saturday and Bruce answered my call in good time, He was here within a half hour and cleared the clogged line for our air conditioner. We were very satisfied with his prompt response to our problem. I highly recommend this company.

I called right before Thanksgiving 2021weekend and did not get them but left message. They returned call in couple days. Family was sick. The woman was apologetic, professional and very nice. We quickly got an appointment made for the next day. Bruce arrived, and completed the job in 30 minutes. He was very professional and even better yet gave me the good news my heater should be good for many years and was running great. Huge happy dance and thanks. 3 years ago we bought an old barn that had an addition added on to it. The barn was cold in the winter and the lofts were unbearably hot in the summer. We had multiple HVAC companies come in (suggested window units in the loft), we had a roofer check for insulation when we replaced the roof, and had a efficiency pro come in to fill in anywhere we may have been getting drafts from. Nothing made a difference. Then this summer a duct that went through a closet started to have condensation on it which dropped down onto clothes and began to create mold.
