Distinctive Carpentry is fantastic. Josh Nelson is honest, fair, detailed, knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, conscientious, and has a high work ethic. Those qualities extend to his staff and even sub-contractors. Our project was very complex and we, the clients, were certainly intimidated by the scope and level of decisions that had to be made. Josh was open to our research and ideas, provided us examples and options, and worked within our budget and the deadlines imposed by the bank loan. Josh and crew did a major renovation and addition to my home Wayne. A new kitchen, 4 new bathrooms (one ADA compliant), a rear house extension and an elevator. The job came in on time and on budget.
