The recommendations Elias made for layout and materials helped us get exactly what we were looking for in our space, and the attention to detail was great. Deciding on a contractor for a basement is very difficult. Initially, I wanted a contractor to walk around the basement to discuss what my options would be. I found a lot of contractors were reluctant to meet and others were wanting me to hire an interior designer – even before the meeting. When Elias came to look at the project, he was patient & understanding, listening to what we wanted and discussed how he could accomplish our project. He came back two additional times to make sure we were comfortable and understanding of the details of the project.
