Mike McCullough and County Action Restoration helped us in so many ways when our cast iron sewer pipe broke under our house. Our house is built on a concrete slab with a sewer pipe 3 feet under the slab. Once determining the pipe was broken and causing the clogging, our plumber Tim Dean explained the only way to remedy the problem was to replace the cast iron pipe with PVC. To do that would entail cutting through the slab in the kitchen, rec room, pantry closet, powder room, laundry room and the front walkway. Tim suggested Mike McCullough and County Action Restoration. Mike and his whole team were fantastic to work with! Clear communication and timeline, quickly addressed our water issue and came up with a solution to make sure it didn’t happen again. Went above and beyond and helped us move back the furniture in the room that was affected when the project was completed. 10/10 would recommend!!
Had a issue with my carpets, they came out less than a week after I called when every other company gave me a 2 week wait, gave a me a better price then every other company I called, did the job same day and fixed the issue, Steve came out and was awesome, will only be using this company from here on out anytime I have an issue with carpets
