My son has special needs and going to the dentist can be tricky for him. Everyone here is really understanding, and works with us to try to make the experience as positive as we can.
I took my 2 year old daughter for her appointment today. After finishing the appointment I texted my family highly recommending Chester County Dentistry. Every person we spoke to was kind and accommodating. I am heavily pregnant and when discussing my daughter’s pacifier use they were so comforting that it’s not something we need to be worrying about right now. I don’t know if the dentist and hygienist we saw had children but they certainly understood the situation and left me feeling so grateful. My daughter made it through a cleaning, dental check up and fluoride treatment without a meltdown. They were so good with her.
We have been with Dr. Heather Beers at Chester County Dentistry for Children for years, and they have always been patient, kind, efficient, and caring.
Recently, an emergency incident occurred that made us realize their service is even better than we already knew it to be.
My son chipped his front tooth during sports, which was an unforgettable and distressing moment for our whole family. He was extremely nervous, not only because of the pain but also because he was worried about missing his piano recital and being laughed at by his friends and classmates.
