Darn reservation requirement turned me off. No walk ins whatsoever. You used to be able to walk right in until COVID hit - perhaps that made them change their policy. COVIDs done so should this policy IMHO.

As a loyal customer for at least 10 years, I can say this place has seen better days. I haven't been thrilled with the quality haircuts I have been getting since my regular barber left, but they've been tolerable usually and I couldn't beat the price. Well, I arrived to an appointment five minutes late today, really had to jockey the 202 traffic to get there as fast as I could... not good enough-- the barber did not want my business because she "would have to rush". I needed the haircut for a wedding and now I'm super inconvenienced... and for what? Every haircut I've gotten there has taken, like, 5 minutes. I don't get shampooed or any of the fancy stuff. Well, it's a shame but I think this is my sign to raise my standards. Not the worst haircut in town, but be ready for the bullshit. 2/5

I appreciated the washout at the end, but a week and a half later, it is more and more evident that it is the worst haircut I have received in years, if not ever. The top is very choppy and uneven. I only take solace in knowing it will grow back. I can’t recommend. 2 stars for the service features.
