I had the chance to work out at Bent on Better for my three week visit in Philadelphia. Not only are the coaches incredibly professional and know exactly what they're talking about, I have also never met any team as passionate and caring. The community of Bent on Better is amazing, I have felt so welcomed from day one, by everyone, including every member I have met during my three week stay. It truly felt like a big family, thats motivating each other every day to reach their goals. I hope one day I can come back! 😍

I have 3 reasons to share: COMMITMENT by the BOB Team DEDICATION by myself to making weight training a routine in my life RESULTS like no other physical activity I've tried before in my life The commitment by the BOB team of coaches/trainers is like nothing I've ever experienced in my life of workouts, training, sports, etc. They begin the process by first understanding what your goals are, then emphasizing correct form during sessions until encouraging you with weights, motivation, challenges and celebrating your achievements. It's the perfect recipe for every type of person regardless of body, shape, size, age and goals! Please come see for yourself!! I've come to believe that if we all just embrace the notion that strength training NEEDS to be a part of our weekly routine and we accept it as a lifetime activity, then there's no sense of failing to meet your goals or expecting quick results. Instead, you've dedicated yourself to strengthening your body to handle your day to day joys which becomes so important as we age and lose muscle. As a woman over 50, natural aging will happen, but I've proven to myself that I can continue to strengthen and tone my muscles all from simply dedicating weight training in my weekly routine for life, not as a quick fix. It really works! This bring me to my last reason... RESULTS! In 9 months, I've gone to BOB 2-3 times per week (less my vacations), while keeping all else constant in my life and was thrilled to recently see I've lost 6.5 lbs of fat. I am not a dieter, I play tennis 2-3 times per week for fun cardio and was astounded to not only see with my own eyes the muscle toning I strived for, but received hard data showing successful results from incorporating weight training in my life. Never in my life have I seen results like this while continuing to be true to who I am and it's so exciting!
