We received a free assessment for our trees. The gentlemen was on time and polite. He was honest with my husband about all the trees on our property and wasn't trying to make a sale. It was refreshing to speak to someone who wasn't trying to rack up a large bill.

Jason Pearn (arborist) went above & beyond detailing all problems that he identified as we walked our property. He educated me on proper tree & shrub maintenance and followed up with an email attaching more information. All crew members who have come to the house have been courteous & professional and leave the property in great shape. Jason stops by to oversee the work being done whenever a crew is here.
Kelly in the office has been great to deal with as well.

They did a great job of pruning and fertilizing four trees. However, they did not do a good job of cleaning up. Unfortunately, I didn't go out and look, because I saw them cleaning up and assumed that they did a good job. I spent over an hour picking up branches and raking up twigs.
