Overall I found her to be likable enough as a person but generic in her approach to me as a patient during the trying times of COVID. Useless advice. lack of knowledge in my opinion regarding the subject of one of my medicines of which i know more than she does. She called what I was taking street drugs which it was not (neither illegal nor immoral). Feel she did not take the time to discuss my issues and concerns and seemed dismissive of my perspective.

The best doctor I’ve ever had. Doctor B is amazing and the nurses Erica and Leslie care just as much. Sobriety has never been this successful for me! They’re extremely invested in their patients well being and do all they can to help yet still ask the hard questions and keep you accountable. I moved 9 hours away and still refuse to give up this office! I won’t change doctors for anything!

I have been seeing Dr. Bichefsky for two years and I am very lucky to have found her. She is great and so are Leslie and Erica who have worked there since I started, as well. They’re all very caring and friendly.
