“I have been seeing Lei since 2018 and she has made such a positive impact on my life! From helping me manage stress/anxiety, as well as supporting me through IVF/pregnancy and postpartum. I recommend her to anyone looking for an acupuncturist because she is so kind and knowledgeable!I recently joined her light fasting challenge as I had been very much struggling with sugar/sweet cravings especially during high stress times. This was my first time ever attempting a fast and I was definitely apprehensive. Lei provided daily (& often more frequently) support to the group for the week which was very helpful to keep me motivated and disciplined! For the week, I am down a total of 7.8lbs. Although I am very happy with my weight loss, I am more impressed with the mental clarity and overall decrease in inflammation I feel. Lei was pivotal in my success in the program. In the end, I am really happy I did this- it was the jump start I needed to get back to feeling more like myself!“

Hunter Family Acupuncture & Wellness Acupuncture

“Valerie is very knowledgeable about how our body's work and how to correct irregularities. I came to her suffering from sciatic pain and numbness post fusion for spinal stenosis. First she looked at how I was standing and walking. She saw I some areas out of alignment and imbalances. She listened carefully to my description of my symptoms. She explained what she was going to do so I understood the process. She used a combination of targeted areas of acupuncture in hips and legs. Also, cupping and massage for areas where my muscles were tight. I had 4 treatments and she was able to decrease the intensity of my sciatic pains, and in some areas eliminated the pain altogether. I was very impressed with her skills and ability to use multiple modalities. She has a very calming manner as well as relaxing treatment areas. I've acupuncture before elsewhere, and I feel Valerie is the best.“

Liping Yao, MD Acupuncture

“I saw Dr. Yao many years ago. I was having trouble getting pregnant and was not producing enough progesterone. I saw him for 3 months and successfully become pregnant shortly after my treatment ended. Many people ask me how do I know it was the acupuncture and I say that Dr. Yao told me to take my Basel temperature everyday while I was being treated. I started tracking my temperature on a chart. My first month was all over the place, the second month, it was obvious that my progesterone levels increased and by the 3rd month, it looked like a normal Basel temperature chart! I was amazed. Dr. Yao changed my life - I don’t know if I’d have my son without him!“

Dr. Dennis DeLoretta Acupuncture

“I wish I could have convinced Dr. Deloretta to move to Florida. Dr. Deloretta had me spoiled. He was so thorough and knowledgeable. I cannot find a chiropractor who gives anywhere near the care I received at his practice. I tried two in my area and was so disappointed, I did not return. He is the "best". Verna Haley“

“Ok so I have extensive nerve damage. Just recently found out my neurosurgeon has moved from the practice that I saw him at last. I was at my last wits end. Didn’t think anything could help my pain. It was keeping me up at night making it difficult to have relations with my husband. It was just all around a nuisance have a high tolerance for pain, my neurosurgeon nicknamed me his little pitbull. We had a good, but those days are gone. I am so grateful that these sweet ladies reached back out to me after my initial call. I didn’t have to wait to be scheduled. I had my doubts about acupuncture. Now I’m a witness to how it’s quite the therapeutic measure I needed. I sleep all night , before the pain would keep me awake . During work hours I’d just do my best to make it through now I can function. My occipital nerve had all kind of damage to the point my right eye never made Tears but now it’s quite the different story. I’m so excited and so grateful and glad that I went ahead and made the. Just so everyone realizes I’m a coward when it comes to needles. don’t even feel it. It’s nothing more than a little prick. It’s not painful. You learn to relax and it’s something you’ll end up being grateful for don’t be scared like I was and suffered for many years and jump in both feet forward. This is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself, it is totally worth it“

Kang Acupuncture & Alternative Medicine Acupuncture

“I have been going to Dr. Kang for years. My initial major problem was debilitating vertigo. I went to Penn, Jefferson, local ENTs and specialists. Every modern test you can imagine and medication...nothing helped. I was desperate and almost flew to Florida for a radical surgery on my eardrums.
I couldn't walk, couldn't work, couldn't drive, couldn't stop throwing-up. I went to Dr. Kang and honestly expected to hear the same "there's nothing I can do". However, I am here to tell you that my vertigo is gone!
I followed the schedule of sessions, and it only took 2 sessions that first week to feel human again. I continued with dwindling sessions as she instructed and it just got better and better. In a few weeks it was gone. I don't understand what she did, how it helped or what the problem was, but after suffering miserably for 2 very long years, countless doctors and professionals, I am cured. Sounds crazy I know, but Dr. Kang is a genuine master/doctor of ancient medicine. My entire family, including my children, now go to her for any ailment before reaching out to traditional doctors. Hand-in-hand, it's an amazing approach.
I have never experienced anything but kindness, compassion and gentleness with Dr. Kang. If anything, she could teach alot of my traditional doctors some bedside manner.“
