Quotes a job, requires 1/2 down and then the excuses and lies start. The completion of the job does not happen. The communications are lies and false promises. If I could rate a ZERO, I would. Save yourself the aggregation and don’t even attempt to hire these people. I’ve reported to the BBB, the Chamber of Commerce and an attorney is coming up shortly.

Paid 1600 in cash upfront! Never finished the job, terrible customer service, text were hardly answered! Showed up 3 times! He said they cleaned the mess but its not!! Always had poor excuses! Family emergency, crap day, flat tire which got fixed as soon as it started to rain so couldn’t come! When I mentioned my attorney is when he came back! Cut a few more branches off the trees I hired him for! Said he couldn’t cut them down, and would refund me my money! I wanted 600, I got 400 in an money order, I wanted cash because I pain him cash! The crew was friendly and professional, and the initial planning process seemed thorough — they even walked our property before giving us a quote for 8.5 yards of mulch. When they started the job, we noticed it looked like they were using more than expected and we asked about it. We were reassured at that time that the job would still only require the originally quoted 8.5 yards. However, when they returned the next day to finish, we clarified the amount again and then told us they would be using 11 yards.
