We've had two wonderful experiences with Humble Carpet. They replaced the carpet in two bedrooms when we first bought our house, and were very courteous and professional throughout that first experience. Three years later, we just had to re-do our basement floors and stairs after a water heater failure, and the folks at Humble went above and beyond to make it an easier experience. Scott even visited our home on the day of the incident to offer guidance and start gathering the information needed to prepare the estimate for our insurance provider. Humble’s put new carpet in two bedrooms, basement and on the basement stairs for us back in September. They worked us in quickly so we were able to get new carpet in before we closed on the house. The entire crew did a great job from Scott at the sales office to the install crew, and Ben. We’re very picky and 7 weeks later haven’t found any issues..they did excellent! 10/10 recommend!
We had our floors installed today with Humble flooring, they did amazing, I love my floors and will highly recomend them, and worth the price!! They were the kindest crew and thank you
