Very professional. Very thorough. Came equipped with everything needed. Took time to explain everything that was going on with the drainage system in my house as it is complicated. Reasonable price. Great experience. Highly recommend giving Don a call if you have drain problems.
I had a backup in my basement, which I tried to snake out by myself. After most the day of trying, I called Don and he came out late that evening and got it cleared, quickly! He also let me know where I am having issues at and how to fix it for good! A lot of my friends have used Don and some who used a few others in the area. After listening to their stories, I'd only trust Don and his team with any plumbing and sewage issues.
I wish I would have called him first. We had our kitchen sink clogged and spent 7+ hours and $200 to have someone else out just to not have it fixed. When calling Don he was super responsive and sure he could fix it. He came out the next day and unclogged the drain for a fraction of the cost and work the other company quoted us. Almost 2 months later and the drain still works perfectly and we didn't need to have an excavator out to tear up our yard and cost us thousands. I 100000% would call Don first next time with any of our plumbing problems.
