Excellent physicians, nice receptionists and clean and immaculate facilities. I have been coming here for health concerns for over 6+ years. Wow.....After reading some of these reviews I had to look twice at the location photo to make sure I was reviewing the right office. I have had appointments at this office many times with several different physicians and have been extremely pleased with the diagnosis and care that I have received. Everything is always diagnosed correctly and everyone has been professional, nice and courteous. I have never been treated so bad by a Health facility, as I have been by you. I will not return, because of it. I have had bad communication with the staff there.
1. I was scheduled for a doctor visit on today, I was to be transported there by Rabbit Transit, my ride was canceled not by me. I called them, it was totally erased.
2. I was called by someone there, about my lab resolved, I have had an on going issue with being cold, most of the time.
3. The person I spoke to said that I was given a prescription by the doctor.
4. The person said she would sent it to CVS, they gave me the run around never forfilled the prescription.
Dr. Floyd is amazing! I’m not used to Dr’s taking my health concerns seriously, but it feels like she truly cares about helping you. She listens to me talk and doesn’t interrupt me, or say all my symptoms are caused from anxiety and stress!!! So that’s definitely a huge plus.
