All of the staff at Wayne Heights Animal Hospital are wonderful and caring. Dr. Charlene is amazing at helping to figure out complex issues. During the last visit, she took extra time to help problem solve through some behavioral issues we are having with our one cat. It was Friday and we were the last appointment of the day and yet she didn't rush us out. She is so good with our fur babies and very loving towards them. I trust her 100% to take care of and guide us in caring for our cats.
They have the kindness and professionalism from regular visits to those when told your pet is diagnosed operable, to letting go. I am always so grateful they are wonderful humans treating my treasured pets!
Mr and Mrs Dr's have always taken extremely great care of my elder dog. Through difficult ear infections to intestinal issues they have guided me to best care for my now 17 yo pomeranian. I'm extremely grateful to the entire staff for their professionalism and caring nature.
