Ein from Temperature Matters gave a look at my home and was able to provide unique details and information that other HVAC companies did not. Whatever questions I had during the quoting process he was available for response through text/call. The price quoted was very fair compared to the other companies we received a quote from.

On the day of installation two members of his installation team, Derek and Hunter, handled the installation professionally. When there was one minor detail overlooked of the installation, Ein himself came out that very night at 9PM to make sure the issue was corrected.

When our A/C wasn’t working, I didn’t know who to call-bad past experiences. Several people recommended Temperature Matters. In calling the company, they were very responsive and were able to come the same day. He diagnosed, found the problem, and fixed it efficiently, so now we are comfortable in our home. Would recommend him to anyone searching for a reliable, knowledgeable company.
