For the many years that I went here to get my hair cut I had a wonderful experience. That was until they started to not pick up my calls, which I found curious as I had never had an issue with any of the staff. I attempted to leave voice-mails in order to try and schdule appointments, none of which were responded to or acknowledged. Sadly, I do feel like I know the reason that they have cut contact with me. A family member of mine is very close to one of the staff, and I went to court against said member and won. Beyond great customer service! I was treated like I have been coming there forever! We had a thorough consultation first to understand exactly what I wanted and then the entire experience was beyond amazing! Thanks so much!!

I was a walk-in for cut and color on their first day in new location! Love the color! When I got home my hub said WOW. He loves it! Thank you ever so much. You have earned my business! Oh and the products they use! I've never had my hair so soft. Kudos ladies I'm really impressed.
