Jessee and his son just installed my new air condition unit. Of course it had to fail when the temps were in the 90's and heat index in the 100's but that did not stop them. Their dedication to detail and customer service is the best ever. Jessee always explains things and shows you "like when he took out attic unit and showed me all the rust" so you understand what is going on. Our outdoor central AC unit stopped working last night (a nightmare when it's been and supposed to continue to be 90+ degrees and you have 6 kids in the house). I called first thing at 8:30am this morning and left a voice mail. Jesse called back within 10 minutes and was at our home within an hour. Thankfully the problem was only the capacitor so it is fixed and we have working AC again within just 2 hours of calling! It doesn't get any better than that!
