As a small business owner, my experience with Stephano Slack accounting services has been frustrating and disappointing, with poor communication and inconsistent tax filing being major issues.

Stephano Slack was recommended by my new brokerage partner, and so I shifted over to them to do my 2023 taxes. I never felt like I made it to their client list, certainly never felt like I was treated as important. I needed to remind them to calculate my tax prepayment for Sep and they delivered that late and with a major miscalculation (they didn't study my W-2 details sufficiently). In addition, I requested their assistance with a letter I got from PA dept of revenue; they never got back to me on that. Finally, they indicated they would be in touch with me in early Dec for Jan prepayment calculations, and here I am on Jan 4, no outreach.

I have been a client for 10+ years. Sometimes, 'professional advisors' bring an agenda and/or a playbook that doesn't vary much from client to client. Stephano Slack has always been very attuned to my needs, preferences, and the intangible business/personal issues that can arise with complex business dealings. I have dealt with many accountants, and these folks are by far the best.
