Have been going to this hidden gem for about 5 years and always enjoyed the clean, modern, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. Recently, however, there was a woman there with her small dog who started barking repeatedly. In addition to the high pitched barking, subsequently, I had to hear, “(Dog’s name), be good, want a cookie?,” over and over again, plus squeaky dog toys intermittently. This was clearly not a service dog, and I am dumbfounded as to why they would allow dogs in a nail salon otherwise, not to mention why anyone would even think to bring a dog. Visited before going on vacation, and Cindy went above and beyond to make sure I felt completely comfortable. She’s warm, friendly, and truly a joy to be around—definitely someone you’ll want to visit regularly for your grooming maintenance!

Sage & Grey Nail Studio’s website describes the salon as sophisticated, relaxing, fun, and hygienic. I agree 💯.
Whenever I visit my family in the Philly area, shop at KoP, or attend the Philly Flower Show, my daughter books Spa pedicures at Sage & Grey.
Cynthia, the manager, and her staff are always friendly and provide excellent, consistent service.
