I am so happy to have found LSF pilates.As somebody who is injury prone and very limited when it comes to working out, pilates has changed my life. I stopped going to clinical PT for my back and started taking pilates, it has been a true game changer.The small class size is amazing, as the instructors are able to focus their attention on all participants, correcting form and ensuring a safe workout.Every class is different and I thoroughly enjoy my time spent at LSF. Great music, great workout, great instructors and a great boutique studio :)

I have been doing pilates at LSF for a couple of months now after receiving a gift certificate from one of my daughters. I had been recovering from a herniated disc that also led to the discovery of mild scoliosis, which is not abnormal for older women, in particular. I took all of these issues to LSF and was rewarded with excellent knowledge and experience helping others like myself work back to a strong, flexible body. While I don't always love it (but need it!), every instructor has been on me for positioning and form, which is key to not getting reinjured.
