To say we were disappointed is an understatement. It all started good. Keith was personable and made suggestions about a way to make the shower bigger and to have a rain shower head. The job, wfich he said would ne 3 weeks, to do the shower plus the heating fans in both bathrooms started in early july 2022. 2 weeks into the job I noticed the shower base wasn't made larger as agreed. Keith's initial response was "Oh. Guess we missed that." Eventually he said he could redo it but it would take 6 to 8 weeks or he could keep it as is and discount the price and be done in a few days.
