“Very clean place and very friendly staff with a plethora of services. Before we used the sauna, there was a young woman who showed us to the sauna room. She did a good job of explaining what to do before and after the sauna, but simply showed us the remote and stated you can change the lights. I do not remember her explaining that there were different lights for different benefits. During the sauna session, I remember pressing the remote to change the lights and the lights didn't change. Afterwards, I mentioned this to a different woman and she explained you have to change the color on both lights. I really wish the remote would have been better explained to us so we could take full benefit of the different settings. I still gave Restore 5 stars because I was not upfront about my disappointment of this element and I feel if someone does not say something directly, it is not right to give a bad review.

Overall, I loved the sauna session and will be back. I noticed the skin benefits of the infrared sauna after just one 40-minute session. My skin was softer and visibly more plump. I was very surprised!“
