The Top Rock team is top notch in hardscape removal and installation as well as excellent customer service. The team bravely took on a replacement project in my landscape that most landscapers avoid. They removed an aged set of steps and installed a beautiful set of steps between two existing hardscape block walls in addition to low voltage lighting, a project not for the faint of heart.
