I had been a customer of theirs for years and was treated like absolute garbage after being 10 minutes late for an appointment, which is within their 15 minute policy. The receptionist had an attitude and was not at all compassionate. I was then told I would have to reschedule because an emergency came in after driving all the way there instead of contacting me beforehand. I honestly have no good things to say about their lack of professionalism and compassion in this profession.

Why do they never answer the phone?? And I can understand they may be busy. My issue is that the recording that they have play.... Only tells you to call back?? I really think they should at least take messages to get back to customer's. But my dad really want to try them out. So I guess I just got to keep calling back ‍

I've used EMAC for awhile now, this is my 2nd dog with them. Always friendly, knowledgeable, every concern is taken care of. Highly recommend!!! Always clean inside, you're in and out in a timely manner.
