Washington Medical Equipment was very helpful, friendly and patient with my questions. Helped me find the exact item for my Mom. Offered to deliver the next day! The next week I returned to buy a seasonal light therapy device for myself. Highly recommended. Top notch personal attention.
I am disabled and needed a power wheelchair. They came to my home and where fabulous in understanding my needs and I purchased a Pride Go Chair based on there recommendation. I've had they chair for 6 months and it works perfectly for my needs. Last Friday the battery would not hold a charge for more than 10 minutes. I called late Friday afternoon and explained my problem. The receptionist was very understanding and said she talk to one of there technicians and would be out as soon as possible to help me. A service technician showed up Monday morning at 9:00 am and in less than 15 minutes replaced the batteries and my wheelchair was working perfectly. This is a five... read full review
