When I first came to HealthSource Washington, I was in so much pain that I was unable to bend over to pick up my son. The pain in my back was shooting down my legs and felt like constant electrical shocks. I also had a bump at the back of my neck that was pushing my head forward. I have dealt with the bump on my neck my whole life, but I had been dealing with the pain in my back for 5 years. The pain became even more excruciating after falling down an entire flight of stairs last spring. I avoided seeking treatment since that would require finding childcare for my 3 young children. My husband, who is also a patient of Dr. Tara, encourages me to go to HSW anyways. I was so nervous at the first appointment when I walked in with my two year old, but we were welcomed in and felt at home. I love that I am able to get the care I need while my kid(s) play(s) nearby. I am now able to stand up taller and straighter! I noticed a huge difference after my first adjustment. The stretching and physical therapy has helped tremendously! I now have a better range of motion and can feel my body strengthening, even after a few short weeks of adjustments and therapy. I absolutely LOVE coming to HSW! Dr. Tara, Tracy, and Aubrey are the sweetest and have such a great wealth of knowledge! I will continue to go to HSW to continue strengthening my body and keep it aligned.
