“Had a window broken during one of the many windstorms this spring, went to a local glass shop, they specialize in glass showers not windows. Uncle bob's was kind enough to recommend R&R, I called, brought the window over , normally a morning drop would be ready that afternoon. The in house repair guy was on an emergency house call, so mine wouldn't be ready until next afternoon. Got a call that evening, will be ready for pick up 8: AM. Did I mention the opening at my house was during the recent heatwave. Had the window back in place by 10 AM. I won't hesitate to return for my window repair needs, not to mention recommending R&R to anyone else that could use glass replacement. Cost was very reasonable especially the short turnaround time“

Jim presented a proposal and a plan with great advice , helped me choose fixtures, tile and overall design and helped me stay within my budget. The project was on time and with minimal disruption to my home. Communication was excellent …I always knew what was next, what time they were starting each day , when inspections were happening, etc. My house is 100 years old and gutting the bathroom presented some surprises but didn’t phase JRL Design! “Very pleased with this company. They provided an honest, competitive quote for the window and siding work to be completed. In my case, the work was more extensive with rotted wood that needed to be replaced under the siding. They were very professional and organized and were able to handle the replacement of the structural supports and plywood that was rotted due to lack of any moisture barrier (Tyvek) being installed under the vinyl siding during the initial house construction by DeLuca Home Builders. The crew was amazing as well. On time every day and worked hard for long hours to get the project completed. I am very happy with the new windows and siding that was installed.“

“We had a great experience with Ann Marie in designing a new kitchen for our home. She started by asking how we use the kitchen, and designed alongside us keeping what we told her in mind. She came up with two design options, and while we made some smaller adjustments to one, we really liked her ideas. My contractor has used her before and they worked really well together.Our only hiccup was sometimes a delayed response. However, we started our project in the fall of 2020 (Covid year), and they were slammed with projects.Including a couple of photos of the finished product! I would work with Ann Marie again.“
