Valts to the rescue yet again
Over the years the team has been there for our home
They are the main installer for a large builder in the mainline and our builder
Today they came and diagnosed a squirrel entry site near a dormer. The leak was in the basement from a bathroom vent with no obvious way of getting there
Joe spent twenty minutes evaluating the home and then went to action diagnosing the entry point with a careful repair

I have a large home with a pool house, covered porch, breezeway and shed. Hip roof, shed dormer(s) and gables are all there, along with a pretty steep pitch. Valtz roofing was my third estimate and I went with them because of a strong referral from a relative and their price. I was flexible and told them they could replace the roof at their convenience. I dealt with Katie in the office who answered the phone and responded to all my emails. This month I got a call that I was on the schedule and a dumpster would be delivered.
