He is a reliable, honest, friendly, responsive craftsman. He is an excellent diagnostician and his work is done right the first time. We always recommend him to our friends and neighbors rather than the regional companies with the familiar colored trucks that advertise heavily. Rob does sincerely excellent work. It's rare, in my experience, to find a capable services professional who's also a real craftsman -- Rob is clearly both. Rob's exceedingly knowledgable, responsive, and does high-quality work. He's maintained my older HVAC system for years (and even did an emergency repair in the Winter), and he also architected and installed a new whole home dehumidification system with new ductwork for my finished basement (which I'm really happy with)!2021 update; Rob worked with us to recommend and install a modern, efficient new furnace and air conditioner to replace the 25-year old model we had that kept breaking down.... read full review
