“Great experience for me and my 4 year old daughter. Very accommodating and flexible for the schedule I needed especially last minute. They were accepting of me bringing my daughter for her first cut and blowout and her hair is a lot of work. They didn’t rush us and really worked as a team to give me the best outcome for my hair. They informed me of what they were doing ever step of the way to make sure I was comfortable with the process. Karina and Chloe were great! Highly recommend and will be back! I'm always wary of going to a new place because I tend to like more modern, punk, androgynous cuts, and sometimes stylists won't want to do that. But Caroline was super into it and I was so glad! She really took the time to understand the details about what kind of style I wanted, and she took the time to make sure that every piece of the cut looked good, working it in to my existing color. She explained what she was doing as well, which really made all the difference to me. And I absolutely LOVE my new hair.“

“I am a male customer who has been getting my haircut from Jackie since before Roots opened up, back when the girls worked at a different Salon. It's a small operation with only 3 employees, but they are all incredibly friendly and will give you a great cut.In terms of pricing, they are very reasonable for a Men's cut, more so than most stylists in the area. I used to go to a different salon before they priced themselves out of my range. The girls at Roots also do a great beard trim, they will trim your eyebrows (something most guys like myself neglect), and Jackie will hit the problem areas on the back of my neck with a straight razor so it doesn't grow back so quick.You will not be disappointed getting your haircut here.“

For my wedding, I had 8 bridesmaids, 2 grandmas, my mom, and my MIL getting ready with me. I was a little nervous about getting 13 women all ready by 1 PM, but Daneene helped me book and organize it all no problem!
Throughout the year of planning, Daneene answered any and all questions I had promptly and always eased any concerns.
Kim did my hair and makeup and she couldn’t have been any more lovely! For my trial, my grandma and mom came with me too and she did all of our hair & makeup. We had so much fun spending the day with her and getting to know her and as a plus she made us look beautiful!!! I couldn’t wait to see her again on the wedding day.
On the wedding day, Rachel, Denise, and Kayla came with Kim to do everyone’s hair and makeup. They all got there like half an hour early to set up and get started right away! We were all done by 12:30 and everyone looked amazing!! The thing we all loved the most is that we all looked like ourselves. No one looked overdone but we were all glowing!! Plus, the girls couldn’t have been any nicer. We had such a nice, relaxing morning getting ready and a lot of that is because of these four!!
Kim made me look and feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. There were some things I wanted to change from the trial and she was so happy to do it. She knocked it out of the park and I was so so happy. She helped show my mom how to put my veil in and also fixed my eyelashes like 15 times haha.
