Boucher & James as the project engineer and construction manager and Land Tech the contractor completed a project for Plumstead Township at Owls Nest Park between Land Tech the contractor and Boucher & James project engineer I was very dissatisfied with the completed project. Although there were many portions of the project that were not completed to the construction drawings Land Tech and Boucher & James had determined they were satisfactory. Be careful the terms of your contract as our project engineer had all the authority to accept the project in any condition. This left the customer Plumstead Township and the taxpayer out of the loop once the contract was signed....read full review
